Cancellation
You have seven days from placing your order during which you can ask for a refund. You do not have to give any reasons for cancellation. If, on the other hand, you need to change the word, style or size of your translation, you will not be required to make any additional payment. Please note that a handling fee of £1 is deducted from your refund to cover the payment processing fees.

Payment
We use Paypal for payment processing. Only Paypal receives your credit/debit card details. We do not receive nor store these details.

Privacy
We only ask you to provide us with your email address in order to supply your order. Your email address will only be used in connection with the required service. You will not receive any promotional emails from us, nor will your address be passed by us to any other entity.

Tattoos
Our tattoo translation service is only appropriate for temporary tattoos such as tattoos done by applying henna.
