What is the price for translation into simple Arabic script?
The cost for one-word translation is £5.00 only.

How do I receive the translation?
The translation is provided as an image file and sent to you by email.

Are there any hidden charges?
Not at all. What you see on your order is what you pay.

What do I need to do if I need a bigger or smaller image?
Just email us the requested size details.

How can I pay?
Using any UK credit or debit card on Nochex.

Do I need to sign up to Paypal for payment?
Unlike some other payment providers, Paypal does not require you to join them in order to make small payments such as those used on this site.

Which countries can use your service?
Currently we only accept UK-based cards which can be used regardless of your location.

How long do I need to wait after placing my order and making payment?
Please allow 48 hours for the delivery of your order. Most orders are processed within 24 hours, but we kindly ask you to allow 48 hours as delays can occur during transmission/delivery.

Please email us after making your order and we will do our best to meet your deadline.

It's been 48 hours since I placed my order. Where is the image?
Please check your bulk or spam folder, and make sure your email have enough free space. We always send the files within 48 hours, but some email providers, notably AOL, can delay the delivery of your image. Please contact us (with an alternative email address if needed) if you still cannot find the order.

Do you offer any guarantee?
You have seven days from placing your order to ask for a full refund. You do not need to give any reason for cancellation. There is £1 charge to cover our handling. If, on the other hand, you need to change the word, style or size of your translation, you will not be asked for an additional payment.
